Delete your LuckyMeal account

Delete your account in the app

1. Open LuckyMeal and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings, then Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and signs you out. You do not need to contact support after completing these steps.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot access the app, email contact@luckymeal.app with the subject "LuckyMeal account deletion request". Include the email address and sign-in provider associated with your account. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before acting on the request. You do not need to reinstall the app.

Data affected

Deletion removes the account and account-linked profile, saved discovery activity, preferences, and creator content from active systems. Limited information may remain where required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute handling. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup-expiry process. Data that has already been de-identified and cannot reasonably be linked back to you may be retained.
